At present, the trust is conducting non-formal education for working children, in evenings, promoting education among village children and youth, strengthening of parents & teachers in villages to bring down the school drop-outs, providing additional teaching staff to government schools, organising health and human rights awareness and education, alternative skill training for child labourers, auto-rickshaw training for rural girls, de-silting irrigation canals percolation tanks, and organizing women into Self-Help Groups (SHGs). All the above activities are being conducted to bring basic awareness, educational, economic and community development among the children, youth, women and adults of the targeted villages, to empower them towards sustainable development.
