To The Director Respected Sir/Medam People Community Development Society- PCDS is a team of social workers involved in the services of the rural poor and the needy and enabling them the opportunities to take up the local issues by women joined together to serve especially the deprived women, children and backward communities from the rural areas of Kadapa district, Andhra Pradesh. There are hardly few NGO’s formed in our area and we are serving in 70 villages and the members of the society are from the local area of operation. Moreover, the NGO is based at the area of operation itself and the people could be reached easily and only a person who is well aware of the depth of the problem among the people could take up the issue in a better way, as we are from the same local community the acceptance is easier. The organization is involved in serving the rural mass without any barrier of caste, creed or religion and the total economic development on the part of the people is aimed at.
