General Health and Hygiene Camp
In our adopted area, Dalit women face substantial barriers to accessing healthcare services. Factors such as limited time due to domestic and fieldwork responsibilities, financial constraints, and personal hesitations contribute to their neglect of health and hygiene. To address these challenges and improve health outcomes, the Dalit General Health Women Organization organized a comprehensive health and hygiene camp.
Objectives:
Improve Access to Healthcare: Facilitate free health checkups and medical services for Dalit women and their families. Educate on Hygiene and Health: Increase awareness about personal health, hygiene, and preventive measures. Provide Essential Supplies: Distribute masks and medical supplies to help combat health crises such as the ongoing pandemic.
