Our organization provides training to rural women in tailoring. The main aim of this program is to train the women and make them self sufficient and economically free. The women through this program have sparked keen interest among other women who wanted to be part of the training, as through the training, women were able to make engagement for the day and training is motivation to go for making use of day/time/energy/resources, and money beyond intelligence. In fact, the trainer had also put in his maximum effort to make the learning process better and more interesting. The overall results of the tailoring training have brought new, fresh memories to women who were desperate to make a living. Women thanked us for this initiative. Training is provided to 30 women, and 3 machines are distributed to the most disadvantaged women who cannot afford to buy them. The program was a great success and initiated the organization to conduct more skill training programs for women.
